Dr. Jacobs is an outstanding and experienced physician and I know that you will find working with him to be a pleasure. Our staff will assist him in meeting any dermatological needs that you have. That’s why we schedule your first appointment to include a thorough skin exam, a review of your dermatological problems, treatment, and many financial payment plans. At the time of your appointment, please bring your patient information, any insurance card information and picture identification. Please arrive fifteen minutes early for your new patient appointment. That will help us get you in and out as quickly as possible.
